Terms & policy
Commissioned artwork is for personal use unless commercial rights are discussed and paid for separately. Clients may use finished personal-use artwork as icons, banners, profile images, and personal posts with credit. It is strictly prohibited for you to edit my art without permission unless it falls under parody or "meme edits".
Payment is due upfront for smaller commissions. Larger commissions may allow a split payment arrangement before work begins and before final delivery, and partial refunds are available if work takes significantly longer than expected.
Reasonable changes are included during the sketch stage. Major changes after approval, redraws, or late-stage direction changes require an extra fee.
Refunds depend on how much work has been completed. Once substantial work has been done, only a partial refund may be available. Finished work is generally non-refundable.
Mature/suggestive/NSFW commissions, of course, may be considered for adult clients only. These requests may include an additional fee and may be declined for any reason. No-go criteria below under "Will not draw"
I may display finished work in my portfolio and socials unless privacy or do-not-post terms are discussed before work starts.
Please provide clear references, written details, etc. as much as possible. The more complete and complex your request is, the easier it is to quote and complete accurately. Text-walls are welcome.
As I said before, I have medical issues that make doing art very difficult and also work 70 hours per week but I WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED. Please do not rush me or criticize my pace as this puts more stress on me.
